Instrument washer disinfector with double automatic glass door and drying and three boilers
Instrument washer with automatic sliding door made of tempered double glass, for large sterilisation departments with 6 washing levels and loading capacity of 18 DIN baskets. In the machine with two doors, the trolley with the soiled instruments (dirty area) is loaded on the one side, the trolley with the cleaned and disinfected instruments (clean area) is picked up at the other side at the end of the washing process.
The touch control panel has a 7” display on the trolley entry side and a 3.5” display on the exit side.
They are equipped with a filtered, electrically heated and forced air system in the washing chamber and inside the hollow instruments, for
an excellent drying result. Equipped with three additional boilers that help reduce energy consumption and increase the system’s efficiency.
Manual transport trolleys can be used for easier loading and unloading. The machine is also prepared for an automatic loading and unloading system.
A wide variety of accessories complement these machines, which are suitable for washing and disinfecting all types of surgical instruments and accessories.
